Sandy lists as a secretary with many spin offs, also as other associated officers. Many spins only make it to listings in jurisdictions they are in and only as a first step for issuing stocks... You apparently didn't try to read the links to the sec files from my post. The difficult part of that link is you may have to do singular google/sec search for each files as edgar keeps resorting to a subscription page each time. I found that if you 'back' then try again, sometimes it will go to that form. Sorry.
Sandy and Bkmp are just a bucket in a ocean of penny companies with a zillion spin offs.
Again, everybody likes Tfn. Which is buried under blackout communications then topped with blackout media corp. Too bad, like a avocado, we have to pull off the bitter leaves to get to the fruit....
