We reached our minimum target of 35,000 with lower Energy, the stochastics starting to roll over from an extremely overbought position, and internal volatility starting to reemerge. While it seems impossible at this moment to say that May 8th was just one event, it really appears that the entire world is going nuts. Meanwhile, China did send in 25 warplanes which Taipei and continues to toy with their air space keeping tension in play.
We may have the high for the first half of the year in place. We need to now see at least a daily closing below 33685 level to suggest this is a possibility. Our Bifurcation Models were also pointing to this point in time. The next critical period will be the August to October time frame.
