"Or the company no longer needs a mulberry farm because their new production inputs are from a different plant."

i would imagine that the new worm food would need to be indigenous to s/e asia or the U.S. or wherever the worms will be farmed...and there has to be plenty of it...and preferably already being farmed and not needing to be farmed specifically as worm food...

im thinking something along the lines of rice...or the rice plant, shoot, stalk or whatever its called...i dont think rice farmers have any use for it once they've taken the grain...and there is tons of it already being farmed...they look sturdier and heartier than mulberry leaves so they may transport better and last longer...

ok, hell i dont know...but its one possibility i think...

"I believe the cancelling of the Texas lease is indicative of this new silkworm being the company's main silkworm, and that the silkworm is producing just fine."

on the other hand, all the filing said was that the company will no longer be paying the mortgage for kim..(im paraphrasing)...it didnt say there would be no more mulberry grown there or that they wouldnt buy the leaves...

"This could change the entire sericulture industry. It would open up the industry to areas outside of tropical/sub-tropical regions."

yup...there would be no seasonality to it at all...it could all be done in warehouses...24/7...
