why is that? because they have stocks? take a look at Trulieve and Harvest, both US based, both public and both growing marijuana. How's that? you seem to be confusing being public and being on a major exchange. a company can be public, but not on the NASDAQ or NYSE. OTC stocks are still public for people to buy. so once again, look at all the OTC stocks growing marijuana and tell me American Green is the only one not allowed to. they lease the medical marijuana license from Natural Herbal Remedies. Thats the same legal process alot of businesses are doing.
