Probably get fried for pointing this out also, but for the rest of us who have been here for almost 10 years, this shell is out of all the shells OMNI has, the most valuable IMHO. Why? Because in OTC land this is the perfect structure and share price for a company going public. Once they merge and get liquidity up they will, with a higher stock price like this, be able to dilute and raise a ton of money before the stock would even hit $1 a share. Also, if it is a larger company who wants to merge into this and then uplist soon after, this is a shell they can achieve this with without doing reverse splits to qualify in the $3-4 PPS range. That is, if the company is actually good they can do this easily without having to have organic growth to worry about which can be much harder to achieve.
So ultimately, what does all that mean? IMHO if this works out with OMNI this will be a HIGHLY sought after shell after it is cleaned up. Moreso then most because of the structure. Victor knew what he was doing when he restructured this. He just never followed through on it. OMNI obviously understands this and that is why they targeted this one since it is prepped and ready structurally without voting on reverse splits etc. with the current stock holders. Anyway, all of this comes down to people who play custodial stocks also understanding everything I said above. Thus, they will want to get in here. However, just like any other greedy people, they will want to get in at the bargain basement price and mess with things to do so on this board and on a low volume stock such as we have at TURA to get cheap shares. Think about this logic if you have held this for a long time and there is a shot now of OMNI taking this all the way. There are a lot of followers for this board still so I am sure many long term holders will read this and understand this stock now very likely has a shot at having some major value if this all pans out. And by gosh, we have paid our dues for many years and I for one will not let these games affect my decisions on selling my stock. GLTAL.
