This is really really really really bad for the baggies. The marginal for this scamco is long gone. Remember, Cytodyn and Fife need volume to keep this financing game alive (Fife has a ROFR for any new debt issued). Without volume, Fife has to sell his 3mm shares (at this price) every two-three weeks (he sold another ~150k shares today). What happens if the price goes to $1 and Fife has to sell 9-10mm share every two weeks? Game over, like CD16/17 in US
