I also think we need to put full stop to this discussion. imo, Important thing is Pasaca is interested in QMC this is the best possible situation for QMC in years for any chance of success. 26% now or in non existent A/S ultimately ,hopefully, they acquire 51%. I am looking forward to Filing and Voting date.
