Q1 Earnings - "The Fairy Tale Continues".

Expect the same tired story but with a new title "Nuwellis", AKA "NEWNOTHING". It will be a continuing presentation of misrepresentation by omission and spin. There was absolutely NOTHING new, and in some cases truthful, in the press release of what the NEW company will do. Stockholders would most likely be furious and rebel if they knew the reality.

There has been an exodus of key sales and executive leaders - Top Rep and RVP in March, both the CFO and Chief Legal Counsel announced resignations in early April (aka the "canary in the coalmine"). Any rep worth keeping is looking.

There are enough fed-up shareholders and former employees that I suspect there will be lawsuits soon (Shareholder, Qui Tam, other).

It's appropriate for the CEO to say goodbye to CHF-S, as under his faux-leadership the stock has dropped from a pre-reverse split of approximately $3.51 to today's .17 per share, a 95% decrease.
