Absolutely understand. Went through a really bad one with a company called Bayside Corporation. Went from .0001 to .0009, then did a 1-5000 reverse split. Never recovered. They, too, were insisting they wouldn't to an RS, and yet they did. Nothing is ever guaranteed in OTC land.

It's a crapshoot....but so far, Stephen Brown hasn't given a reason to distrust him. He's handled things nicely to this point - but that's also why I'm asking the question about the AS - I want to see how transparent they are on the 28th.
