I have... a few times, which he did reply kindly. However, the last two which were over the past 3 weeks.. he did not. I requested a new IR contact, if he was no longer the point person for the role.. and again no reply. (silence)

I would have to believe he's received a number of emails from various investors inwhich he is unable to divulge anything or is playing caution to the wind and not saying anything.. as it may not be relevant anymore if someone is acquiring or something else related is going on that puts current known events out of play.

Only speculation until its revealed.
