Nobody is buying these shares at a retail level. Fidelity etc etc will charge you at least $32.95 and read you a paragraph and you must consent three different times to buy this ticker. This stock can not be bought at a retail no trade fee-and what that means is a small broker house has been buying these shares for some reason. Over $1.2 m in purchases since new year in a dormant pink sheet with defunct written all over it.

It’s slowing down. But the broker that was transferring is a weirdo. 70-100 trades per day and buys at $0.0002.
