probably fake... because i pretty much don't believe a thing from this company anymore... but figured i would share latest response i received from Louis Silver:

"As of this morning we hired a new firm. It has become clear that the old firm does not have the human resources to get to our work. It was not easy to find a firm that would commit to a speedy process. But we finally got a commitment from a NYC firm. Problem may be the proliferation of small public companies as a way to raise capital on reasonable terms."
