Certainly this is very intriguing after years of silence,
most likely due to the ongoing frivolous litigation on behalf of the toothless dentist.
Perhaps both sides have agreed to a settlement or just to go their separate ways.
With no more legal ropes dangling over the head of TMMI, we may finally see some more news in the near future on what's been going on and where we're going.
After 25+ years as an investor, having a viable company with a viable business would be most welcome!
After all, this was a $3 stock at one point in the mid 90s.
