I seriously do not think Chuck will allow GOOG to buy their way out of this one. Oh, they can try. Don't think that is going to happen in our lifetime.
A mid July snowstorm with blizzard conditions in New Jersey has a better chance of happening.

GOOG played Chuck like this for over a decade and you think he will allow them to buy NetList? NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Settlements with various actors such as INPHI and most notably Micron for one...... and Google itself for the other.

This is a $125 stock minimum with all of these suits coming in... plus other entities yet to be discovered that have dodged royalties and licensing fees for years making it much more valuable.

And any attempt by GOOG to buy NetList could open up anti trust lawsuits from other companies.

Google can dream...... stock price won't be worth much if GOOG buys NetList. $50/share is stealing the company. Worth much much more if left on its own with partner SK Hynix.
