Not for me. I own no shares and I am not short. Unlike Dr Randy, I truly have no financial connection to the success or failure of leronlimab.

I truly hope I am wrong and leronlimab is a wonder drug. We know leronlimab is the gold standard for safety so it would be an amazing drug if it was also efficacious.

But leronlimab's safety profile might be its demise. Super safe drugs rarely have good efficacy because they aren't doing much to the patient's body that is good or bad. Efficacious drugs have side effects because they are having a big effect on the patient's system. Leronlimab's efficacy is probably similar to the efficacy of herbal remedies.
