The third page header says "SUTIMCO"..not PRPM (Note: you have to visually count every page in the disclosure since each one is labeled "2 page").
SUTI has 8 billion authorized yet this report says there are 10.8 billion outstanding. Yet even that is wrong because PRPM's O/S is currently 13,164,585,761... an increase of 2,343,333,333

Also, what's with identifying these as SEC "10-Q's" when he hasn't filed anything with the SEC on this ticker since 2009?
Eddie can't even get the basic details of a disclosure correct and yet he thinks people will trust him to run a crypto financial payment system?
