Molycorp Minerals, LLC Case No. 15-11371

Case Background
On June 25, 2015, Molycorp, Inc. and 20 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

On April 13, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order directing that the cases of Molycorp Minerals, LLC; Industrial Minerals, LLC; Molycorp Advanced Water Technologies, LLC; PP IV Mountain Pass II, Inc.; PP IV Mountain Pass Inc.; and RCF Speedwagon Inc. (collectively, the "Molycorp Minerals Debtors") be administered separately from the cases of the other Debtors under the case of Molycorp Minerals, LLC, Case No. 15-11371 (CSS). The Bankruptcy Court also appointed Paul E. Harner, Esq. as Chapter 11 Trustee for the Molycorp Minerals Debtors.

Plan and Disclosure Statement:
On April 2, 2018, the Debtors filed their First Amended Combined Dislcosure Statement and Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement on April 4, 2018. On April 5, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On May 29, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On June 14, 2018, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.
