I don't have much invested anymore but will hold to see how this plays out; I had read quite a while back that they needed to regain their shell due to naked shorting.
What could be even more interesting is what would happen if brokers do make the mistake and not correct the R/S shares in the accounts; if old shares do get sold, I believe it is the brokers responsibility to buy them back at much higher prices. Didn't this happen with AWYB a few months back when it skyrocketed? Anyone with thoughts on this? Imagine what would happen if the company puts out financial news, etc. at the same time; LOL.
