Yep...some still can”t. absorb the terms and conditions ...1...being the recapitalization...2 ..being assurances of the components in which that purchaser never purchased...would be available should they resume bio succinic acid operations...That pretty much settled this long ago...and no one here could show evidence otherwise happened...Shares are safe and intact..and govern to this day...Just suggestions they mysteriously found their own components...that is just unfounded unresearched opinion...
