now true, i wasnt arguing whether it was legal or not, i was just listing companies. technically since its a schedule 1 drug, the government could force all stocks, public exchange and otc, off the market due to dealing with marijuana. but then, at the same time, they shouldn't let MindMed or the other companies that deal with psychedelics be able to stay up either, but they are. so whether its legal or not is a moot point, its whether the government cares enough to waste resources.
