Former equity got OBS, which is junior to CTs and was not supposed to be issued as per CT's prospectus.Is OBS a worthless stock issued to former equity?.Can any corporation issue a worthless stock?.I dont think so.
If former equity sees first penny, CT's should be satisfied in full FV+DV by law.No short cuts there,IMO.
