With a 50 billion share authorized coming, Kenny can now raise $ 100,000,000 that was proposed with the S-3 filing on 4/05/2021 and accepted by the SEC on 4/15/2021.

All he has to do is issue 20,000,000,000 shares (20 Billion) @ .005 ( the normal new issue price for PMCB) which would result in $100,000,000 LESS fees, so maybe 21 billion shares would be better!!!.

That would be about 23.4 billion shares O/S after the 21 billion are issued.
