A lot of things never make sense for garbage scum tickers like UATG plays for sure.
Like Umbra saying the audits will be done shortly when in FACT the CEO of Boost Works Mr. Cooley clearly specified in paragraph No.5 of the UATG PR of February 23rd that the deal will not be closed until the 4th quarter.
Mr. Umbra is a liar!
