Well it depends on the circumstances. A company trying to uplist is different then a company doing it just to stay compliant and continue to trade on an exchange. UATG would be a company with all the momentum and positive developments adding the r/s as an aid to uplist - so the circumstances matter. Also, r/s can work sometimes even for ‘desperate’ companies on the day of a r/s - i.e. You could have made a good profit off of a day trade on LMFA today - even at close it was up over 25% after it’s r/s today - so now you’ve heard of one and it was today :)
