As Prophylactic I take:
D3 daily at 10,000 IU
K2, Mixed E, Zinc daily and
Ivermectin at 3mg per 60lb body weight every 2 weeks!

If you have the virus the Ivermectin will stop Covid from replicating so that your immune system can clear it. I understand from my investigations that it is quite safe at the level indicated above!

I believe in an active viral situation it is advised to take the above dosage daily until symptoms clear. Dr. Been on YouTube has a lot of details on IM!
