OK, I need some DD support from some of you that like to research hidden info on this bad boy... (ALASKA PEREGRINE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC).

"APDC is a special-purpose investment vehicle organized for Project Peregrine by a consortium of private U.S. entities managed by individuals with extensive experience in oil & gas, including owning businesses that directly operate in the sector."

I've been researching this Limited Liability Company for the last three hours, searching on GOOGLE, BING, and YAHOO. This is all I could find on APDC.

Trying to find out who are these private individuals/partners/businesses that created this entity "APDC," for the sole purpose of $EEENF. They contributed US$11.3m towards the cost of the Merlin-1 well for 50% interest.

Who are these characters, does anyone have a clue??
