What's odd is... The Company, OPTI, is supposed to keep a stock register of it's own. Is lying Roger relying solely on the TA?? It's Rogers responsibility to make sure the TA is informed of all matters concerning share counts and he misses this whopper??? Roger is the one that wrote that disclosure statement lol. And blames the TA??? lol...

What other numbers did lying Roger Pawson get "wrong"
