VPER took over a month
ILUS took about 1.5
USEI finally got access.

The OTC is just backed up, they have a new proccess which now includes background checks, etc.

Once the new rules were announced and with the deadlines coming, the OTC markets got bombarded with new appls/renewals.

Also, if you ask OTC, they are all working remotely.
