WDDD outstanding shares are only around 57M if I recall....If Activision offers $1 share....buyout is 57M, Activision agrees to settle the costs incurred by Godfrey (3rd party attorney's that have taken on this case as a contingency). Shareholders are happy, Activision saves on legal fees going forward, and eliminates a huge potential payout down the road. They own the rights to the patent. My biggest concern is Godfrey's willingness to keep fighting this battle - for free.....at some point do they cut their losses and move on?
