Sure hope there is another run before custodianship and a quick merger after or this thing is doomed to hover around 10-15 cents indefinitely and will likely bleed back to a nickel from lack of movement and interest, especially if BSPI and CPSL don't go anywhere as well.

They are not able to say exact date of news release but business doing well and expanding
