Company Buyback is definitely in effect. I knew i read it somewhere and i thought it was in the damn 10k which i just read again 3 times looking for it. I found it in the Press Release on March 31st.

BGTV Direct acquired 7.5mm shares of LIGA stock via open market purchases during the fourth quarter and has continued accumulating during the first quarter of 2021. Both LIG Assets Inc. and BGTV Direct plan to continue to do so when appropriate.
