Appeals committee ... clearly stated .. that the redated transaction for notice of the SA was Jan of 2004 ... that would mean .. the entire ATKJ assumption of tubercin and its rights in Oct and Nov formation of 2003 was fraudulent and during a period of time that could not be negotiated .. and thats not even the BOMB .. you haven't seen that part yet .. but can assure you .. you will ..... CEO of HTDS has in fact met with the appropriate contacts .. to make sure the rights of all shareholders are protected .. especially after the FRAUDS Listed by Hurley where only the tip of the ICEBURG WITH SHINN AND KATZ ....
