1) It's been posted on this board that FOYJ has a new CEO, sounds great. I and others would be grateful to see verification of that as that posted image can be drawn up by anyone, not that it is.

2) Any idea if this fiasco indirectly involving FOYJ still affects their trading status (not their popularity)? Clearly they are still trading and are not listed as Caveat Emptor.
