Right! It is beyond comprehension. But those are also tickers that can be pumped easily due to even smaller PPS (fractions of a penny). Some of those also have upcoming catalysts like filings that people get excited over.

Many folks are looking for a quick(ish) flip and then to move on. CSLI is definitely a more long term hold.
