Maximize the fear quotient and grease the machine of retail investor psyche to sell everything once the stock starts to recover - whenever that happens. That's the ticket for mass accumulation of shares at low prices...even more impactful that trying to push the stock significantly lower as that would bring out a new level of buying activity. It would be interesting to know how many GTC sell orders have been submitted across the retail shareholder base of IQST to sell automatically at 75 cents, 80 cents, 85 cents, etc. I'd wager a ton.

This is how an algo earn's its pay balancing all the variables.
