Well Sarnia was the only plant BioAmber had and that fact was stated by BioAmber in its own SEC filings.
Along with the plant all of the assets were sold as well including all of the IP, patents, trade names and trademarks.
There is nothing coming for former BioAmber shareholders. Origin is not paying shareholders. What will happen at the end of May when BioAmber shareholders still get nothing. Who will be the next target of a fantasy fake merger.
Speaking about BioAmber being part of anything is a lie plain and simple.
