Please explain about why they wouldn't want to merge? What is RWGI offering from their side of the merger. CSLI is a holding company, they are the majority shareholder of RWGI, if SAVAGE VALLEY merges with RWGI they are indirectly getting the benefits - protection from CSLI who is the majority shareholder, is that correct?
