NTD: appears that ella ann HOLDING transferred 300K shares of FCNCA into a GRAT and frankie further conveyed that block......somewhere.....on the same day........in June of 2016..............the 2018 stock TF into the GRAT depleted all of her shares.............
we believe frankie TF the 300K-share-block to wellington management for the benefit of the uwbi BK TRUSTEE..................SEC confirms this, imo......................

DREW TWO is what we net, imo, from the settlement with the FDIC, re: the failed bank trustee recoveries.............not 100% on this, but close.....
