Is it the company's job to communicate with shareholders the status of the company both operationally and with regard to public disclosures. The answer is yes. And so far they have an F in the category.

Create a deadline...if you miss said deadline communicate why you have missed it and how you plan on rectifying the failure to deliver....its really simple.
