It seems to me Robert Silver believes Kevin Cox is a better candidate for the CEO position, otherwise he would not have hired him and accepted the position of Executive Chairman.

With these credentials and track record of success — growing UPS subsidiary ConnectShip from $300M to $6 Billion in revenue— who wouldn’t want a guy like this running their company? Seems like a no brainer to me?
