and the judge should not have made that decision like that, because they didn't allow retc to respond, which violates the law. so, the judge was out of order to begin with. hope the judge is on the up and up, becuase if not, the company will just appeal the decision, which would take the final say out of the county court's hands. so, if their is some partiality being shown at the local level in this case, and the judge fails to follow the law, procedurally, retc management can appeal it. all this stinks, and if i were retc, i would be concerned about the judge and might even ask for a different one, since this judge made such an impulsive decision. i would be concerned about bias.
