This Stocks That Could Make You a Millionaire: Do you know investors bought 500 million shares months ahead at a fixed offer price at .25 cents per share? Therefore, it doesn't surprise me to see the company bought back millions shares during the month March to April. Clearly these guys know something ahead of the game. Frankly speaking, I never see a case company issue a fixed stock offer X5 prices higher than prevailing market prices. Seriously think about it, this not known to have existed or happened before.

There are many reasons company issue convertible note conversion price 60% at the lowest closing price during the preceding 20 trading day period ending. This is the norm I won't boring you with that but in this case they issue convertible note at prices a lot higher than prevailing market prices. What's up with these investors? What make them pay so much higher prices? Are they in the know and we don't?

We are offering (the “Offering”) up to 50,000,000 (the “Maximum Offering”) shares (the “Shares”) of our Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”) on a “best efforts” basis at a fixed offering price of $0.25 per share.
