I dont need a court order to file a ucc1 filing lien. It's called a secured transaction by agreements signed or orally entered into under Florida law. Also and as far as I'm concerned it's none of your business what I do as I'm the legal creditor over prpm. My only legal obligation to the shareholders is to keep you informed of my legal actions. The only reason why I haven't filed suit yet is I'm waiting on my full restoration from guardianship under Florida statute 744 which I previously was restored from in full in 2016. However, I'm remaining voluntary under Florida statute 744 as competent but will still not be able to get sued or be arrested for anything fyi. Nor am I doing anything illegal.
