/6 On the advice of counsel, I have agreed to stipulate to set aside the judge's order granting me custodianship of $RETC in favor of a formal hearing on the merits.

/6 Counsel for current $RETC management had notified my counsel that they would file a motion for setting the order aside on the grounds that they were not afforded the right to due process.

/6 As this argument IN THIS SPECIFIC INSTANCE may prevail, and rather than be combative, we have decided to take the position that it is better to win $RETC custodianship on the merits.

/6 It is better for all my endeavors if the court deems that I am interested in fairness, justice & truth. Current management can only defeat my $RETC petition, if it can convince the court that it will reinstate the corporation & act in the best interest of the shareholders.

/6 In order defeat the petition, $RETC management will have to explain to the court how becoming delinquent in its filings served the interest of the shareholders. At any rate, shareholders should expect the company to be reinstated & become current soon after the hearing.

/6 I agreed to do this in order to avoid a drawn out court battle and get $RETC reinstated in the shortest time possible. I remain confident that I will prevail and gain custodianship. Still, refer to my previous admonishments about the risk of investing in custodianships.
