That press conference about the nasdaq sounded like they were getting as many investors in a room and letting them know that the goal was nasdaq along with the company goals.

The second part you mentioned is that in a way they already mentioned and confirmed tggi is the otc U.S.A. brand for the group of companies they have.
But they have not yet officially released that into the USA.
They are taking their time which is the right way to do it. Not like these otc ceos that promise predict future events and get the stock promotion and caveor emptor slapped on it
One comes to mind is Sgmd jimmy Chen was coming out every week in may June 2020 saying how much the prediction of sales were going to be with budcars. Well they got slapped with caveor emptor stock promotion and guess what they never made those sales and budcars no longer wants anything to do with Sgmd.
