Synergy update:

"I received a message from my attorney in Texas stating that she got a call from Ruairidh Campbell on behalf of PVRS - Providence Resources. He said the company is now in good standing with the State of Texas, and he has been rehabilitating the company. As such, I am withdrawing my petition for appointment of custodian."

Looks like Ben is backing off, I'm gonna hold to see what Campbell does with PVRS.
