Not a reverse acquisition; new officer (mr Cox who became majority shareholder late 2019) cleared prior debts and turning profit much earlier than expected. Land and productive oil / gas wells acquired while industry was bleeding out / getting crushed....... now oil and gas bouncing back bigly lol
