RXMD - Insta you made a great point today about Auditing the Q1 Fins. As you pointed out, that seems to be a clear indicator that the S-1 is ready and will be filed shortly after the Audited Q1 is released.

Challenges make life interesting, Overcoming them make life meaningful.
