and if the convertible debt is discounted by 40 or 50% of the lowest price in the last 15-20 trading days, you would be talking about debt that is convertible at a price of .0005 and .0006. lol do you know how many shares would be needed to convert debt at that level to total $15 mil? BILLIONS! can you understand why the company has 20 billion authorized?
