no, says the balance sheets for retc. lol you can't make them become something else. anyway, that is why i never understood why sharp went after this one for custodianship. i think he really thought that they only had 2 billion authorized. i don't see how he didn't know otherwise, but it is what it is. that is why gvsi was the better or the two because it was empty and debt free, only they seem to be dumping as well now. but, i think that is insiders and maybe sharp or sharp followers dumping there.
